La Manga Club is situated about an hours drive south of Alicante and twenty minutes from Murcia airport on Spain's Costa Calida. The climate here is superb, with more than 3000 hours of sunshine a year!
The resort will appeal to everyone especially sporty types and their families. It’s three 18-hole golf courses, 28 tennis courts and 10 football pitches make La Manga Club one of the best sporting complexes in Spain, hosting such prestigious events as the footballers classic, the rugby players golf classic and BBC’s "Superstars".
The newly added Spa and fully equipped state of the art gym make it the number one choice training camp for leading football teams (Real Madrid, England etc). It is the official winter training camp for the LTA. A host of watersport activities are available on the nearby Mar Menor, Spain's largest inland sea.
For the less sporty, there are wonderful beaches just a few minutes drive away, including a private cove for club visitors, a variety of colourful and lively local markets where you can buy local produce and bargains (particularly in shoes), and a wide choice of bars, restaurants and shops.
